1. Why is SchoolMessenger unable to link me to an account?

You must sign up using a valid email address on file with the school district. 

2. I signed up for the App, but did not receive a confirmation email.

• Check your spam/junk folder

• If the confirmation email is not in the spam folder, you will need to whitelist (protecting domains from being rejected or sent to junk mail folder) the following domains: 
  @intrado.com 
  @schoolmessenger.com

• You will need to repeat the sign-up process to generate a new confirmation email
