FREE BREAKFAST FOR 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
All Pennsylvania students, regardless of eligibility, can receive
one free breakfast meal per day for the 2023-2024 school year.

- Please DO NOT fill out an application if you have received a Direct Certification letter that your child will receive free meals. If all household children are not listed on the Direct Certification letter, please contact 215-529-2012.
- A new application MUST be filled out each school year. Only one application needs to be filled out per household. Please do not fill out a separate application for each child.

- If unable to access SchoolCafe.com, please see the printable application below the Income Eligibility Guidelines chart. Completed applications should be returned to your child's school office.
- For the 2023-2024 school year, all Pennsylvania students identified as eligible for reduced-price meals will not be charged for their meals.
